Deposit Agreement:
       The Buyer has agreed to pay the amount of $_____________ as a deposit on said puppy and

ALL monies are non-refundable non-transferable.    ALL monies ( purchase price and shipping) must be paid in full before the puppy can leave the Sellers possession.

Guarantee
        It is suggested that you take your new puppy to the Vet within 48 hours for evaluation, after the first 48 hours the seller is no longer responsible for the puppy. If said puppy does not pass a general health inspection, you may return the puppy ( at your expense) for a full refund of the PURCHASE price or replacement, this being the sellers choice.   A statement on your Vets letterhead is required before the return of the puppy. My Vet must be able to talk with your Vet about any problems. Seller is not responsible for any Vet Bills incurred on the puppy.   Size, color, and breedablility are not guaranteed.
        All puppies are sold as PET QUAILITY, we offer no guarantee that this puppy does not have disquailifing faults now or will not arise at a later date that would make this puppy unsuitable for the show ring or breeding.    Seller does not assume any responsibility for cosmetic defects .
        We do guarantee this puppy for a period of 1 year against any major, life threatening hereditary defects ( the heart, lungs,kidneys ).   Contract is valid to the original Buyer only.
         Breeder does not guarantee lineage of any puppy. This puppy will come with LIMITED Registration unless the Buyer has made previous arrangements with Seller.   Be sure to check the correct box below.

         The Breeder will accept the return of the puppy at any time the Buyer declines to keep the dog for reasons other than health;however, the breeder is not obligated to refund any of the purchase price, nor is the Breeder responsible for any of the cost incurred while the puppy was int he buyers possession.
